AliviyahBlis Hair Grease includes Shea Butter, Mango Butter, proprietary oil blend, beeswax, and essential oils or fragrance. If any reactions occur please wash hair and go back to normal routine. Next please notify AliviyahBlis as soon as possible. AliviyahBlis Grease should be used on the scalp, beard, and ends of hair. It is an all-natural grade but melts down like liquid oil. Please use as such. Only use externally.

How do I place an order?

​​To place an order please add items to your cart. Once items have been added to cart you can make a payment on the payment page. Once order has been received a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. ​

Order Mismanagement

If you have any concerns or issues with your order such as a delayed arrival, damage, or product not received, please contact us at aliviyahblis@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Expectations

No one expects to receive their product damaged. If your product was mishandled please contact us immediately so we may provide a replacement. Please remember our products are oil based. If you should open the jar in the wrong direction and it’s been warm/hot outside it may have fallen into its liquid state.  If this is the case, no exchange/online credit shall be provided.

Payment and Shipping

 

All products ordered will ship within five business days. When your product is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email. It could take your product 2-5 business days to arrive.

Returns & Refunds

 

Since our products are hand crafted and all-natural, we cannot accept any returns.

 

We may offer an online credit or a replacement item depending on the circumstance. If you have any concerns please feel free to send us an email at AliviyahBlis@gmail.com.

 

AliviyahBlis does not take ownership of any additional shipping costs for exchanges. We do not assume responsibility for lost packages lost in shipping, handling, or delivery. For any returned or exchanged products please note compensation will not be given until there is proof of products return
